fantastic, works perfectly, customer service was great!!!! not quick to assemble but definitely easy - i did it myself. definitely recommend having someone to assist when it’s delivered, as you are moving a giant piece of furniture - if possible, i recommend opening the crate where it’s delivered and carrying in the pieces rather than trying to move the entire crate. this is a full size reformer and if you think you should be able to move the crate by yourself, you may not be aware of what you’re purchasing.

instructions in the box would have been nice - but very little assembly really required . but did get an email with link to video when requested.
